VIDEO: Obama Denver Speech – August 28th

Thursday night, Barack Obama delivered his 44-minute nominating acceptance speech to a crowd of 84,000 people packed into Invesco Field in Denver Colorado. This marks the final lap of his bid to become the nation’s president.

“Tonight, I say to the American people, to Democrats and Republicans and Independents across this great land – enough! This moment – this election – is our chance to keep, in the 21st century, the American promise alive.  … We are here because we love this country too much to let the next four years look like the last eight. On November 4th, we must stand up and say: “Eight is enough.”

VIDEO: Hillary Endorses McCain as Next Best

CLINTON SAYS REPUBLICAN IS BETTER THAN DEMOCRAT — THREE TIMES

McCain & Clinton

Hillary Clinton’s strategy seems to be: if she can’t win the democratic nomination, vote for… McCain? Not sure how the DNC feels about Hillary Clinton promoting the Republic party as the next best option. Obama is in the lead delegate-wise, yet Hillary continues to state that McCain is better than Obama.

For the next 6 weeks until Pennsylvania, does Hillary plan to continue praising McCain as the better “commander-in-chief”, and a friend with a “lifetime of experience”? That seems rather counterproductive.

[By contrast, while Obama believes he is the better candidate, he maintains that either he or Hillary would be a better option than McCain.]

What better political ammunition do the Republicans need in the general election against the Democrats, than one which shows the numerous times Hillary Clinton gave McCain praise over one in her own democratic party? How nice of her to do the work for them.
